or Sab, as my clients and friends call me. I am Cake Designer, Coach and Mentor to a handful of students from all over the world. I am a financial analyst by trade, I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and currently a Master of Finance candidate.
Just a couple of years ago, I embarked on the Sab Pastries journey right from my apartment in Winnipeg. This sweet adventure continued as I relocated to Montreal, setting up in my very first commercial kitchen. After years of dedicated work and intensive research into the intricate world of baking and cake decorating, I took the plunge into teaching these delicious techniques. Before officially embarking on this cake journey ,I spent a good 4 years tweaking and perfecting my core recipes. Why? Well, I was on a mission to make cakes that not only look good but taste delicious .You know how it is – birthday cakes are known to only be beautiful but not tasting really good . Being a fan of French pastry techniques, It was crucial for me to offer a top-notch quality product.
